While strolling through the Beach Market, I happened to notice solar panels placed at the Vagos HQ. I reported this to the admins, pointing out that it could be considered UB. However, they informed me that it’s allowed.
I then asked about the rules regarding HQs. As we know, no fighting is allowed in an HQ, and if the gang requests that I leave, I must comply and refrain from any conflict under all circumstances. This means that the solar panels placed there are not subject to theft, which constitutes an exploitation of the script and the rules.
All in-game operations related to solar farming must be fair and balanced. Anything else would fall under UB. An HQ is essentially equivalent to a GZ (Green Zone). Just like fighting or planting solar panels in a GZ is interpreted as UB based on fairness, the same principle should apply to HQs.
I also sent a ticket to a Senior admin to verify if this was against the rules. However, I received a response from Yaswanth Tr, who is not a Senior , stating that it is allowed.
Please ensure that the rules are clarified and adjusted if this is not considered a violation.
