Black Fox was born in the Fox Family and he was an extremely cunning and elusive man representing his family. Born for crime, he rapidly ascended through the ranks as he perfected the art of deception and manipulation. He had many informers and allies all over America, and it made him a force to be reckoned with. He managed to elude it, time and again, as the dragnet cast by law enforcers on him opened with mystery and intrigue. Still, his ghost lives on as a demonstration of his unmatched expertise in mastering the less enlightened arms of society.Black Fox was a small-time crook who lived on the jam-packed streets of Los Santos Near the beach market. He was started his carrier as a part time taxi driver in the city.After that he choose several jobs like truckman,Food vender. After some times he was decided to become a Law enforcement officer Then he word hard and selected for the interview after that he join the government as a Intern Due to his hard word he just gets the promotions now he is become Deputy Director of that department But in the tim period he just faced lots of Corrupt officers and after getting targeted by then several time he decided that started as small compromises spiraled into a web of reputation, leading him to exploit his position for personal gain.
Outcomes:
1- Black Fox can easily drive cars (except super cars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2- Black Fox can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his Sun Glasses 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it.
3- Black Fox offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100k and a LEO hostage for a maximum of $50k.
