2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. While i was in city 2, I gained so much experience in EMS as a 6x Deputy Chief and 2x Temp Chief, grinded in EMS for 2 years and observed some key areas where it needs improvement, I joined in city 3 a couple of months ago, tried different orgs here to understand the roleplay standards here and got some ideas to improve it with my experience.
2.2. EMS is a very special as an organization for me, and i have prepared a plan to execute in my term which in this point i am going to explain it, I'll choose two of the best deputies for my term "Shikamaru Frankie" and "Albert Pluxury" and we first planned how to deal with night lobbies. So Shikamaru's timezone doesn't match with the timezone for night shift, albert can handle it so "Albert" will be my night shift deputy and "Shikamaru" will be my day shift deputy. Now for the high command team, i will try to have well experienced HC's, no favoritism is going to happen in my term and will setup a proper HC training team to get least mistakes from HC's.
2.3. I’ll make sure to encourage open and friendly communication between everyone. By promoting honest conversations, listening to each other, and treating everyone with respect, I’ll help ensure that everyone feels heard and understood. When we focus on working together, being kind, and respecting one another, we’ll build stronger connections, lift each other up, and work better as a team.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1. Training Department
I will make sure that doctors in the hospital take proper training so that the citizens receive proper health care under my watch and doctors will follow proper roleplay process to help citizens. I will make sure all the human resources know how to properly train newbies.
3.2. Surgery Department
Surgical department is the one which requires real Role Play and i will try to focus mainly on this department, i will teach them a proper procedure how to do surgery with real good Role Play and there will be a live demo session after each surgery training which will be held on my presence. So that me and as well as the employees, both will learn together which will help to build stronger bond of a chief and his employees.
3.3. Interaction with State Organizations
I will focus on strengthening our connection with state level calls and improving our interaction with the state organization. This will involve creating opportunities for our employees to engage in high level roleplay exercises, simulating the types of situations we may encounter in real state calls.
3.4. Interaction with Citizens
Since nowadays there have been many situations in the city where citizens need medical help frequently, so its our duty to provide them with the medical help whenever needed. So i will try to set up good ambulance team for citizens.
3.5. Host a Events/Give aways
So to make the employees fun working in my term, I will try to host so many unique events/giveaways and it will be surely help them to be engage in roleplay and will enjoy working here. Which will benefit the org as well as those employees will tell their friends to join EMS too.
