I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a recent issue regarding the transaction of house no. 424 at Paleto Bay, which inadvertently violated rule GR1.7. Having been an active and dedicated player on this server for 3.5-4 years, I am deeply regretful for my lack of awareness regarding this rule. Throughout my time on the server, I have strived to follow the guidelines and contribute positively to the community. I genuinely enjoy being part of this server, and it has become an important part of my daily life. This incident was an honest mistake, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption it may have caused. I kindly request your understanding and a second chance to prove my commitment to the rules and the community. I am prepared to accept a money wipe on my account as a consequence of my actions and assure you that I will take extra care to avoid any such mistakes in the future.
