I was live on youtube using following link from Start to 28:36 till 32:15

Now i am being robbed on high way and for that purpose i was asked to put hands ups. Now among actions i am typing hands up and it led me to dance you can hear every thing during the segmant mentioned. And when they keep coming close to me it keeps interacting with the player and during this the admin makes his judgement and puts me in Demorgan reason? as mentioned in title stating i failed to comply. This is not fair as such kind of actions waste an persons real life time. specially for content creators. and even when demanding to speak on voice chat always no one listens.

You was wasting our time for five minutes. Imagine, FIVE whole minutes. From 28:31 - 32:03. If only you had this much effort in actually complying you wouldn't be in this situation. You wait until after you're punish to be vocal and coherent. Being a "content creator" doesn't put you above the Law. Read rules and understand them.
