- Firstly, I have the experience that is needed to be the leader of this company. I have experience of more than 8 terms of LifeInvader in EN-1 and more than 2 term in EN-3 LI. I have understood the working of EN-3 LifeInvader department’s whether it is Ads, news, creative or journalist quite well. I feel connected with LI and also with its staff member. I have closely monitored the Ads and about its format, news articles and many more. I have given my best to LifeInvader and will in future too.
- Secondly, I am playing this project for more than a year so I know what steps I should take in order for the smooth leadership and working of the LifeInvader. I can guarantee that under my term the LifeInvader will be doing a lot of events and interactions with the citizens so that they can also know the working of the LifeInvader. I will set up a good team of High Commands and staff members so that customers are happy with the after using LI services.
- And lastly, I will bring changes in the LifeInvader which I think needs to be done for the betterment of its staff and citizens. I know the core values of LifeInvader and will make sure to implement under my term. I will personally taking test and interviews for HC, DHOD, HOD and provide HC to those who deserve. I will make sure each HC is well trained for any situation and also are well professional.

- I will be conducting very interactive events internally for employees or externally for citizens each day
- Happy Hour will be conducted per day randomly where the prices of the Ads will be reduced for an hour.
- Regular news updates will be provide to citizens whether in the form of articles or videos.
- Training sessions will be done for staff so that they can be prepared for any situation.
- I will be making sure that my deputies and HC are of different timezones so that they all can be active for each shifts.
