2. Why do you want to become a leader of the organization?
As leader of the Los Santos Vagos, I will play a crucial role in shaping the gang dynamics and achieving my goals.
I will have the opportunity to influence gang activities and strengthen them.
The Los Santos Vagos are a close-knit community based on loyalty and cohesion.
As a leader, I will have the opportunity to strengthen this community and build strong bonds between members.
I can help ensure that gang members can support and rely on each other.
I will be responsible for making strategic decisions to maximize the influence and power of the Los Santos Vagos.
I have to lead the gang to make the right decisions at critical moments to ensure the gang's success.
3. Your suggestions for improving role-playing in the organization.
Events: As OG of the Los Santos Vagos, I place great emphasis on ensuring a high level of participation in events. Not only the standard events such as battleship, informant, etc. should be attended, but also events planned by players can always count on the approval of the Los Santos Vagos. Planning and holding our own internal events to increase the gang's attractiveness would be another part of my plans. It is important to me that players of all kinds can take part in the events. Regardless of whether they are poor or rich, young or old. As long as the player is part of the gang, it is ensured that they can actively participate in these events and have fun.
Gang members: Under my leadership, quality should be a top priority when looking for members. Interested parties are examined closely by the trainers. This is not just about the rules, but also about a general understanding of RP.
Show presence: Even if the state is strong, I no longer believe that CrimeRP only refers to the ghetto. It is important to me that players of all kinds think of Los Santos Vagos when they hear the term "Crime". This is only possible by showing presence. Convoys through the city center, gangs on the highway and the release of captured gang members (on an RP basis) should become part of the daily business of the Los Santos Vagos.
