- I have been playing GTA5 RP for more than 3 years in different cities. I Have got experienced from legal and illegal organization. I have gone through different situation from different characters. My RP experienced help me to understand the dynamics of RP in different perspectives in each city I play. Solved each and everyone situations peacefully, even it is tough to handle. I have been working for one and half months as an EMS in Grand RP server EN3. My patients, empathy and the skill to problems are the main skill needed to be an Leader of EMS i believe.
- If I become the Leader of Emergency Medical Service, fostering growth and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and care will be my prior focus.
- I want to get the organization to new level of improvement by serving the City
- I want to make EMS more active in the City
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Need to focus more on the training give to a fresher
- Need to give RP tickets to everyone, otherwise need to stop giving RP tickets( many members are hardworking and not getting RP tickets, but others just coming for RP tickets and taking off duty after getting it)
- Need to increase bonus for Employee
