I was taking part in the observatory race for my bp task where these two mentioned players were participating in their government job vehicles. Also during the race. they started doing unneeded car ramming and when they got bored of it they started to block the tunnel area to grief incoming players (this kinda comes under ER1.9 as the race was a server event). i tried contacting the wizards at that time but they were unresponsive. I ended my race and was waiting for my friend to finish when they started car ramming and VDMing for no reasons.Hoping they r dealt with. All in POV.

I may also have gone OOC in the situation at the end and im ready for any punishments if pertained on me.

  Further if tried to abuse the events by doing such actions will result in strict punishments
