- I have been in LifeInvader for a large amount of time and in that time span I assume, I've gained the statistics and know-how to efficiently run the organization. I've been deputy leader once and that element helped me plenty to realize how LifeInvader functions and it's services and operations. And a number of my friends have been leaders and they're in contact with me concerning the steerage and mentorship. So I assume I'm a proper candidate for this role and I'll use my experience and expertise to enhance the enjoyment of our fellows and our clients as properly.
- LifeInvader holds immense untapped potential and to truly utilize the capacity I have a restructuring plan and I think it can help us to get the most out of it and perhaps it is not a complete makeover however still there may be some modifications for positive. I understand it could be a little bit difficult to undertake with the new changes however if we will do it with right planning then I don't think there may be a problem.
- The latest terms of LifeInvader went great considering how they went again in the past, I need to retain the legacy of LI that's lead by a few excellent leaders like Captain Voax, Levi Pluxury, Kiana and Lavi and a few different great leaders returned in the beyond. And I'm able to see that some people are leaving the city, I don't know why however we are able to do some loopy and splendid things to grab the eye and interplay of the citizens to be able to eventually lead us to getting greater people in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- We are gonna try to inspire open verbal exchange inside the organization as it will assist us in keeping a better co-operation with our fellows and it's going to help us to get outstanding thoughts as well, for various situations and events in order to boom the overall RP within the organization and inside the city as well.
- We can try to host some amazing events(exclusively for LI) on the quit of a hard working or maybe a worrying paintings-day, to let them spend a pleasant time and it'll lessen the strain and will help in growing the overall productivity as a consequence growing the RP.
- A right chain of command and a proper set of rules can virtually help us dealing with the organization efficiently and it's going to also assist us to create some precise roleplay conditions and situations for you to lead us to improve the pleasant of the roleplay within the organization.
- As all of us recognize creative team actively involves in RP by organizing, coping with and successfully finishing the events. However we are able to make it higher by organizing regular events and to ensure that there is a good RP in those events along with taking part with different organizations.
- Journalism team also actively include themselves in RP by taking part in various situations in the city, however they're simply making articles as of now and I need to make sure that there may be journalism interviews and maybe daily news also.
- But the hassle lies in ads team, they remain away from RP, due to the fact there isn't always enough possibilities for the ads team to do roleplay. However to fix those issues we gonna introduce workplace/work hours, to make certain that they're spending at the least some time in their day inside the HQ. And I've an super idea for increasing the roleplay inside the Ads team.
