2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
A.More than two years ago, it was the first time I joined the army, and from that time I became passionate about NG that I would continue with all my energy and power. I started as a recruit, and then the promotions began until I reached the high command stage, then I took over as the Head of RR, and after a while, I took over. the airforce department and made it the best department.

B.I have great experience in the army and know how to manage it, especially when dealing with complicated situations. I have several ideas and proposals for developing and strengthening the army making it better and better. I also have enough members who are well trained and ready to do the hard work and help me in my term.
C.I am taking this leadership not because of money or power, as I already have them. I was and still the leader of a family with a name that everyone knows I aspire to lead the army so that I can develop it, and benefit the city, but my main goal is only to develop the army through my great experiences and my great leadership skills.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. To enhance RolePlay (RP) in the NG, I will not have in my term High commands with zero experience or don't know how to lead convoys or any thing from that kind I will have a strict exam for high command and I will make sure every high command know how to act in any situation and I will make sure that any one join the org know every basic and important server rule and city regulations
2. Favoritism is something I will not have in my term , and it will not be tolerated under my leadership. Promotions will be based on activity and events , with every detail by HR before leader approval. Any high command member practicing favoritisms will be dismissed and blacklisted.

3.In the beginning, my first intention is to re-establish relations between the army and other government organizations and work on solidarity for the benefit of the state, and not conflict between government agencies. The real enemies are the gangster criminals that we need to confront
