Dear Lebron,
I hope you are doing well. I apologize if this message seems repetitive, but I wanted to address an important matter regarding my recent ban under rule GR1.7. I have been a dedicated player in this project for the past 3-4 years and have always made a conscious effort to follow the server rules.
Unfortunately, I was banned due to a transaction involving house no. 424 at Paleto Bay. My family leader, who was inactive at the time, asked me to sell the house on his behalf. Unaware that this action would violate server rules, I sold the house for 20 million. I deeply regret this mistake and am sincerely sorry for any issues it may have caused. I humbly request a second chance and am willing to accept a money wipe on my account as a consequence. This has been my first rule violation, and I assure you it will also be my last. I am committed to following the server rules diligently moving forward.
