Hello Mazhor,
Once again I find myself on the Blacklist after 3 years with the project having not violated any rules that I am aware of (unless being a staff member on a competing project is a blacklistable violation, then I am 100% guilty and deserve to be blacklisted).
I would like to make it clear that these views are my own personal opinions, and do not reflect those of employers from any other project.
While I would like to come back and play on the server as any staff member here will be welcome to on our servers, I also would like to take this time to draw your attention to some other issues, mainly those you have placed in key positions on the EN1 Server, I will address them each individually.
Lebron Pluxury:
It pains me the most to talk about Lebron as I once, and still do consider him a friend. But it is also sad to see a friend take the path that he did by ruining other friendships in pursuit of his personal growth on the server. Lebron has either banned or blacklisted a majority of original admins who have disagreed, or perhaps (wrongly) personally insulted him. Instead of asking himself why this continues to happen, they are simply permanently banned and replaced by less qualified members of the community. Instead of being accepting of different ideas, this has become common practice to the point multiple generations of admins no longer wish to be involved with Grand Roleplay.
Alex Odd:
Alex Odd unfortunately is perhaps one of the clearest points with what is wrong with the Grand Roleplay Economy and Community as a whole. Alex Odd has many documented histories of assisting his family members with gaining material advantages on the server. He oversaw the appointment of a governor who after thorough investigation by other administrators was determined to be exploiting glitches in the server code to gain money on a very large scale (8 Accounts). When this was brought to his attention, nothing was done about it causing a mass exodus of administrators. It is also well known that Alex has MULTIPLE accounts registered to him (as pointed out in a previous complaint), and while I disagree with the abusive language and insults that I will refrain from using in this complaint I also think it should be important to hold Alex to account for these.
James Pluxury:
James also has a well documented history of complaints and issues. During my tenure as Senior Crime Curator on EN1, James would often come to me and attempt to convince me to give turfs from winning teams to teams he favored. In most cases myself and my staff at the time (who have all since been removed from their positions) resisted that pressure and did our best to maintain a fair and integral competitive gameplay system that everyone could enjoy. James also neglected his duties as the Senior State Curator, resulting in qualified leaders resigning their positions and coming to myself and my staff for help out of frustration and feeling they had no where else to turn where their concerns would be heard. Since this time, James has been promoted to a position of even more authority where he has openly said that he is untouchable and can do as he pleases. This should never be the case on any server, and all administrators should be held to the same if not a higher standard than their players.
While I absolutely disagree with previous complaints that have insulted and personally attacked members of the administration and their families using vulgar language, I also feel that there are very serious grievances that are not being addressed, and have never been addressed from now going on over two years. Many veteran members of the community have been banned without even knowing the reason as to why and after their loyal service to the server and the community are now being forced to look for a new home. I respect the fact that this is ultimately your server and your decision on how you want to run it, but I urge you take a look at who you have entrusted to run the server and hold them to account for severely damaging the trust people have had in the project.
