he was asking for passport but i decided to not show it, and then he cuffe me asking for it and when he cuffed me i run away so that i dont get jailed but HE STARTS SHOOTING FOR NO REASON

They had an proper reason to shoot you , You failed to comply with them tried to escape and when out of Taser range they can use Lethal force
