2 - Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, ever since i started playing in this city I've loved everything about it, especially being part of LEOs, my first ever experience was me being in SAHP, learning all the rules and how to be professional in work and how to better improve the Role Play, to then be moving straight to FIB, I've accomplished my best to get where i am with the ranks that i was given and the things that i did while being in FIB, while i was there, I got my first High Command position due to my work and activity, SAHP is my most beloved place where i found myself gaining a lot of memories and friends and lots of experience, So its really special to me to try and get SAHP and become a leader to a very powerful organization like this.
Secondly, due to my motive and ambition, i believe that i can lead this organization perfectly with perfect units and with perfect terms, and due to my previous experience, Yes SAHP is a different special organization but i believe that i have the skills and the ambition to take over SAHP and have a perfect successful term . I believe that i have the abilities and the skills to control, manage and lead the organization and turn it to a perfect professional place, handle all the responsibilities and make sure that All is running smoothly and in a professional way.
Thirdly, I plan to make SAHP back to the same way it was once, an unstoppable organization where it had its own power. I plan as a Sheriff to create the best agents to achieve and complete all the raids together as one, to create the best Under Cover department to make all of this possible to achieve, but to achieve that, we must make sure of the most important department in any organization to be built perfectly, which is Human Resources, as the HR is the heart of the organization. I'll make sure that every HR will be active to help and to provide what should be provided to the agents and to be there for them and for the ones who wishes to join FIB. Ill make sure to hire the people who are Fit for SAHP and has experience and knows what they're doing, as its important for an agent to have a past experience to achieve the best performance to accomplish a successful term and achieve the goals in completing Raids and making sure everything is perfect.
Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization :
Role Play is really important not just in SAHP but in the whole city, as i noticed the Role Play is slowly dying but i believe that it could be easily improved.
Firstly, ill improve the RP with professionalism in the Organization on how to talk to another and how to approach another person, set clear Role Play guidelines and expectations for members. Watch their behavior and communication standards.
Secondly, to maintain a healthy, positive and proactive environment for agents to have the freedom and the fun to work willingly.
Thirdly, to eliminate favoritism and make sure it doesn't exist, to look into agents work and give who actually deserve to improve and to grow.
Fourthly, to reward the agents with bonuses for their engagements in events.
Fifthly, to make sure all LEOs are together united and for SAHP to help any Organization that needs help.
Sixth, to make sure that there will be agents that will be patrolling to make sure that they are keeping the city or highway safe.
2. Teamwork
Teamwork builds strong employee relationships because the more employees work close to each other, the more they get to know each other and develop a liking for each other. The more they work together, the more they learn and learn to live with each other’s likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses. When they work together for a long time, the team naturally becomes more collaborative, and this leads to a more enjoyable work environment for everyone. As I could have noticed in the previous terms team didn't really work around one thing, everybody was just kind off minding their own business and not working as a ONE. I believe that most of you will agree with me that if a team of people take something to work on they will do it more efficiently and quicker. Than Individual person.
Right now i want to talk about the other organizations and how i will work with them.
Los Santos Police Department: I will make SAHP and LSPD more syncronized with try to make sessions both with LSPD and this will be lead to get more good relation ship with SAHP employees and LSPD employees. also i will try to reduce the hostage numbers with be syncronized with LSPD in the Highways.
Federal Investigation Bureua: SAHP will help FIB with make a group from SWAT department to help FIB in the Special operations and this will be more good at the stuations such as bank roberries and Store/Gun store roberries. I will be syncronized with FIB everytime.
Emergency Medical Service: I will syncronized with EMS everytime and make sure that they are providing shot's to us, not only this EMS emplyees will allowed to do health check up's to every trooper per week and also I want to help EMS employees to do health check up to Hosteges and make sure that the hostages not have any discomfort. this will lead more RP for EMS.
National Guard: SAHP will help NG with defend NG base against gangsters also SAHP will help NG and the other organizations in their ammo runs. SAHP will be in communication with NG everytime, and with this i can make sure that SAHP and NG more syncronized. SAHP will be ready for every stuation and help NG everytime.
Government: SAHP DA's members will be in communication with government everytime and help government for every file. also SAHP can help government in the DOC and wait there as a guard. this will lead more good RP between Government and SAHP.
I will try my best to Improve the RP between SAHP and the other organizations, and I believe that i can Achieve this.

Highway Patrol Traffic Force: They are exactly what their name suggests, they teach other officers how to do their job even better, that's right there is an opportunity to learn beyond their training and become the best at their field, If you were to become a H.W.P Officer, Your job would be to teach the SAHP To be a better themselves in their patrolling duties.
Special Weapons And Tactics: Respond to Alarming Situations and Deal with hard and harsh environment. Special trained people of SAHP. Arrest Criminals And Maintain Crime rate In San Andreas And This Department has No Chief Of Staff It Is Handled By Deputies And sheriff This Department Is First Responder To Any Situation And Leads The Event. People Of This Department Get A Special Rank Named Task Force Which Is 27 Rank, To Join This department there will be a very tough exam where Sheriff Or deputy sheriff will ask all the server rules and if they pass than only they can join This Department.
