2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) LifeInvader was the first organization that I joined, working in LI from a Trainee to the DD of ADs and have experience in this organization and I'm very happy to be able to apply my expertise to elevate LifeInvader to higher levels.
B) I have strong relationships with the employees, I mean I'm a familiar face to them, and I have almost known the reasons that can lead to warnings to the organization so I can protect the org from the warns
C) I have effectively handled multiple complaints, as it is part of my role to ensure that the customers feel more satisfied when using LifeInvader services + I joined LI within one year and 10 months (EN3 & EN1):

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I'll hold meetings with employees each week to listen to their opinions, and provide assistance to the employees and citizens
- I want to create more internal events, little ways to spark up some fun, keeping the employees motivated as they deserve the best
- I'll introduce additional services, and I'm confident that they will boost the organization's profits and enhance relationships with city business owners in collaboration with LifeInvader.
- I'll create a new department, It will improve the performance of employees in order to edit the ad correctly, and the best employees will be appointed to take over this department
- The HCs will be provided with new systems to be worked on in order to achieve customers and employees satisfaction
