2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
1- I want help all the people on highway from getting robbed or anything like that. I want to keep the highway clean like people should not hesitate while driving on highway they thing they will get roobed but i will clear their hesitation. I want to help the people basically in all ways to ensure they are safe. Also taking care that
every unit is on patrolling so that people will feel safe.
2- I am playing this project from more then 2 years ago and also I know much of the things. I have clean punishment history as I didnt do any major rule violation in the city. I have a lot of experience in LEO's. In en3 I have experience of high command in fib and have a good experience in lspd as well. In en1 I have experience of all Leo's and high commands in some of them. Also I have a little experience of en2.
3- I have a very good skills and knowledge to server rules. I know how to be good citizen in city and how to be a good leader. I will take SAHP to a next level. And also I am very hardworking guy and know how to respond to every employee and citizen in a calm way. I will not be rude to anyone be calm and help everyone as much as I can.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- I will take interviews of every high command personally to ensure there is not favoratism and the deserving guy should get the ranks. After the interview I will give them high cammand rank and if they are capable of it. When getting them promoting interview should also be taken that time as well. So that deserving guy will be hc.
2- I will keep a very good bonus system so that maximum numbers of officers can be available at that time. Also ensure there is always a high command to lead in events and maintains a proper decorum. I will also ensure that there is always one officer in the hq selling insurance and liscence plates and helping the citizens.
3- I will hire more and more (HR) human resource in the org to help the citizens if they want to join. Hr department people will also take care that people should get a good training and must know everything about org so new officers wont get in trouble. Also tell HR officers that they should do more and more open recruitment for org so that we will have more officers in org and we wont get low units at any time.
4- I will be doing a meeting every week to ensure the org is properly maintaining the proffessionalism and will take opinion of officers about the running of the org. If they have any issues they can tell me and also I will take proper feedback of officers. I will also do promotion ceremony every week so that the officers who are working will get motivated and also they will do good work from motivation.
5- I will always be polite and not get rude if anyone does anything wrong by mistake. After all we are humans mistake can be done by anyone. I will be ready to take feedback of citizens as well if they are facing any issues or not feeling safe on highway.
