Leader of Ballas
1.Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization
I want to be the leader of Ballas because I’ve seen many leaders who break rules or fail to manage the organization effectively. This motivated me to step up and apply for the position. My primary goal is to lead the Families to one of its most successful terms in history, combining strong leadership, active participation, and a clean, rule-abiding approach.
I have extensive experience that makes me well-suited for this role. I’ve served as an admin on EN2, which demonstrates my understanding of server rules and responsibilities. Additionally, I’ve been a deputy leader for 13 terms across all gangs, consistently proving my ability to take on leadership roles. My high-command experience in every organization I’ve joined has allowed me to manage teams effectively and maintain a strong presence in criminal RP.
As the leader of Ballas, I would aim for 100% activity and strive to achieve a 100% capture rate. I would ensure that my term is entirely clean, without warnings, by prioritizing adherence to server rules. Beyond that, I would focus on improving the overall state of criminal RP. While it is decent now, I believe there’s always room for growth.
I would recruit players who are experienced and knowledgeable about the server’s rules, ensuring high-quality roleplay within the organization. My leadership would emphasize fostering RP interactions with other criminal groups, creating a more dynamic and engaging experience for everyone.
With these plans in place, I’m confident that I can lead the Ballas to a historic and impactful term.
2.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization
have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advice all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to maintain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city...
