4) Taking while dead
5) Disrespecting the City and admins. ( He claims Yes )
6) VDM
7) CR

I want a fare and healthy environment to play in the city. If people keep doing this and claims they do not care about anything then we can not do RP in the city properly.
I am seeking your help and make this city better for everyone.
Please Take Drastic Actions On this type of person.
