This is regarding a forum filed by 74256 by Rio Parker on 1 December 2024, based on the allegation of "corruption without-bio, fail rp, PG | 419972, 396665"
I knew this situation would come this far. I am writing to request a detailed review and reconsideration of the warning and de Morgan provided to me.
I want this to be reviewed because the complainant did not show the entire situation of his own behaviour and acts done throughout the scene. Additionally, the arrest or any sort of charges were never applied to him by me categorically. However, player 74256 chose to add my ID in it filling an incorrect complaint as he had clear personal disgust which you all could validate through his general behaviour that you can find in my body cam footage as he repeatedly insults my IC referring to the organizational rank I held.
The clips attached to his complaint do not explain the entire scene.
In the IC I was hunting down wanted people from the list of PDA named "Anil Kahveci" who was marked on my map to be seen in the location in one of the mining pits, I moved ahead to find the person further with the help of "Nearby players" which it did. The person sitting in the orange car complied with a request to identify himself, however, 74256 intervened irrelevantly, and the whole situation escalated from there. This led to multiple allegations of false reasons, the term "corruption without-bio for me" including the arrest allegation, and an additional allegation of me searching him without telling him I was searching him.
Including the factor where he states I did not provide him with a lawyer request. Throughout the clip it was clearly evident that since the first officer was the one to put him in cuffs he did call for a lawyer's request, however, no response came in for that and this entire process was already an irrelevant fact when the arresting officer left the scene.
He kept making false accusations so frequently throughout the entire scene, the player was solely speaking he barely let anyone speak, thus I doubt that he could barely hear I did say that I was going to search him before letting him go. I may still need to search once so as to understand if the officer had ceased any of his items, as it was not me that arrested him as I did not have anything against him. Thus he once again alleged me to have confiscated the items in front of the wizard to vent his vendetta.
The simple reasoning I wanted to have from him was why was it necessary for him to obstruct my investigation. Because he was doing his role I was doing mine.
Also, when the wizard showed up at the situation, it was summed up and he was free to go after the cuff was released. And he willingly went outside with the Wizard and a few other FIB officers. Surprisingly, he alleges my IC name was the prime person to lock him up in the lawyer's room; whereas it can be seen he went outside the lawyer's room with others.
As a matter of fact, throughout the entire incident,t I was in my character to speak of only matters related to IC however ID 74256 broke out of character and irrelevantly asked about my ethnicity/nationality when the whole situation was all about the IC incident. And how irrelevant it is to say that nevertheless of the factor that he had all of the person's IDs and names. But he constantly denies to identify himself; thus how is this even a fair play of RP?
In the end upon arrival of my superiors, he not only chose to vent his grudges again on me without any profound reasons, by stating that I had professional misconduct and corruption.
I would request relevant people who have observed this complaint to have a fair and just observation and reconsider the punishment provided.
