Player 182998 first rammed , then started doing VDM when I got out , that too in GZ .
He was not just doing with me , but other people around Hospital too .

POV :

Timestamp : 4:08 when he rammed first then started doing VDM

Then later he came and kept the car outside the Hospital in such a way that others cant Come out or get in .
