2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1-My experience as an unambiguous and genuine Deputy of bloods and motivator shows me the proof that somber people are happy because of appreciation. I am the one who usually gets involved in the group, most of the time, making exceptions, breaking the tasks down, and keeping the team together despite the constant challenges.
2.2-Together with the winner's creativity, I structure the operation to lean along durable tracks by the brain and, after a while, do some hydraulic. The way I can see the quick opportunities for grippers to build themselves a foundation: if one can boost another by forming a coalition to hit a competitor, or if everyone just makes one's contribution to the biggest bot are examples, respectively.
2.3-Replete with appropriate and thoughtful roleplay with them makes my heart sing. As the lead like them, an I show them such a pattern: storytelling and functional interactions with other fractions, players, enrich the server narrative.
2.4-By observing the lore and the culture of the Ballas gang I will be able to offer new support and develop its storylines in new & innovative directions. My vision is the creation of the ballas while rightfully remaining to them hence becoming one of the most dominant groups on the server.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
- I’ll give my share of the most unique RP to every event I can do so
- no favouritism at all , so people work harder and to achieve rank and bonuses
- I will always try to Collab with other gangs during FZ , hostages to enhance the RP experience for people
- I will bring max numbers in gang so that there always crime going on in city / ghetto and as always Ballas will rule the ghetto
- Members who attend every possible event will get maximum bonuses. I will not worry about my personal money; if needed, I will give bonuses from my money too.
My goals for Ballas :
1. 100% turfs
2. Maximum spray profits every hour
3. Most activity in ghetto and Highway's without any signal rule break
4. One 24/7 store , one Gun store and Fz raid in every alternative days
5. Maximum activity and numbers in Clands
