Dear Respected Sam/Pablo,
I am writing to appeal my ban under ER 1.7, which was issued by Maria Pluxury.
I seldom attend events and usually just play the project. However, yesterday I went to RP ticket from my family and, during the event, I killed a player. Unfortunately, I did not have the POV because my Nvidia software had crashed, which I failed to notice a common issue since the latest Nvidia recorder update.
I always save the POV for every event I participate in and have maintained a clean punishment history. I kindly request that you reconsider this punishment and offer me a single chance. I assure you I will not repeat this mistake and will ensure all POVs are saved in the future.
