2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - huzaifa needs recognition as it controls more than 70km^2 of the area in the San Andreas, it needs to be better. The day Huzaifa stepped into the city, he joined SAHP after fitting all the requirements, he finds out that there are less people who recognize and respect so Huzaifa wants to fix this thing and wanted all to be respectfull. He wants to leave a big footprint behind!
2.2 - The exprience Huzaifa gained from SAHP is enough to be Leader. it is important to note that the HC Rank Post in the San Andreas Highway Patrol is referred to in the following remark. Huzaifa feels comfortable with anything that needs one because that is how Huzaifa understands the department.
2.3 - Huzaifa has also worked with FIB,LSPD,SAHP and has got loads of experience from all of these organizations but the SAHP is the one he wanted to make it more Exprienced. not all people enjoy patrolling the lonely blaine county. That is why Huzaifa made up his mind to create this application. It’s been through all the departments in SAHP and at a point it was on high command. Furthermore, Huzaifa have the server rules at his fingertips to use them as weapon against any community hindered by opposite rule breaker or any community violating server/game rules.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Interaction with High Commands & Department heads weekly: We'll have a peaceful meeting with the department heads, the department heads will raise a problem and we all together will try to work on a solution.
- Proper RP within situations: We'll ensure that there is a proper RP and during ON DUTY hours, we'll increase the use of RP commands (/me, /try, /do). We'll make a dynamic surrounding within our people! We'll also ensure the proper wagering of RP commands!
- Promotion Ceremonies and Bonuses: There will be a Promotion Ceremony on the Saturday of each week, there will be a really attractive bonus system, and the bonuses will be paid on time by the weekend by the Sheriff itself so that there is always a sense of motivation in each trooper!
- Enhancing the Training Guide and to be Accessible: We will introduce a really interactive training guide for beginners and there will be sector in HR that will supervise the work of the low on command troopers.
