Hi in the POV we can see an FIB agent dragging 10-15 while he was arrested before he was his friend the agents name is Cole Blackstone and hi is still in FIB in pov also he quit game while i caught him doing it and was dragging while running also PG he also dont have corrupt bio so its rule brake of state rule 1.12 in pov i forgot to see his id but i will provide early pov of him in same cloth and same FIB vest if its not enough you can check who quit game at that time 22:40

i think this type of person should not be in FIB as HC and should be punished, thanks.
