Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?: Hey! I’d love to join the admin team because I successfully led EMS for one term and feel ready to take on a new challenge. I’ve accomplished a lot in the city, but honestly, regular RP situations have started to feel a bit repetitive. I’m confident I can bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the role. Over time, I’ve gained valuable experience handling tough situations and learned a lot during my time with EMS. With my skills and leadership background, I’m excited about the chance to help make the community even better

My strengths are handling tough situations, strong communication in multiple languages, and effective leadership, while my weaknesses include getting attached quickly, occasional overconfidence, and being a bit too talkative.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?:
As an admin, I bring a valuable skill set to the team. I excel at staying calm in tough situations, ensuring conflicts are resolved smoothly and effectively.
