Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?: Hey! I’d love to join the admin team as I successfully led EMS for one term and am ready for a new challenge. Regular RP feels repetitive, and I’m eager to bring fresh ideas and use my experience in handling tough situations to help the community thrive. With my leadership skills and EMS background, I’m confident I can make a positive impact.
What are your strengths?:- My strengths include staying calm and handling difficult situations with ease, which helps in resolving conflicts smoothly. I have strong communication skills and can speak multiple languages, allowing me to connect with people from different backgrounds. Additionally, I have solid leadership abilities that enable me to guide
What are your weaknesses?:- I’d say one of my weaknesses is getting friendly with people a little too quickly, which can sometimes blur boundaries. I also have moments where I’m a bit overconfident, and, honestly, I can be quite talkative, especially when I’m comfortable around others!:
What skills can you bring to the admin team?:- As an admin for the GRAND RP, I believe I can offer a lot to the team. I’ve had the chance to lead EMS, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions. I’m also great at resolving conflicts and communicating with players from different backgrounds, thanks to my ability to speak multiple languages. My leadership experience helps me guide the team and keep everything running smoothly. I’m really looking forward to bringing some fresh ideas and helping make the server an even better place for everyone
