Ok so i have been almost in all legal orgs except NG my first org was EMS in which i spent 3 weeks and then my first police org was SAHP in which i spent continously 3 terms and in the last 3rd term i got very expereinced and i learned from my mistakes. In the last term that i spent in SAHP My rank was 28 and i have been high command in SAHP Several times. So in the high command journey i learned really good things like leading events etc. so now i think iam capable and passionate to lead the SAHP.
-Additional to this I am passionate about not only maintaining the high standards of the SAHP but also expanding its role and presence in Grand RP. I would focus on enhancing training programs, promoting teamwork, and ensuring that officers have the tools and support needed to perform at their best, both in routine patrols and during complex operations."
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First: I willI introduce weekly roleplay training sessions where officers can practice different scenarios such as traffic stops, accident investigations, pursuit tactics, and more. This will help officers improve their in-game roleplay and simulate real-life situations to make the gameplay more immersive."
Second: : I will Create a formal code of conduct or RP standards document for all officers to follow, outlining expectations for communication, interactions with other factions, and responses to different scenarios. This ensures a higher level of professionalism and consistency in RP."
