A. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol( SAHP)
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A I want to become the sheriff Because of my experience in state Organization and recently i have seen many Sheriff Couldn't complete their terms and i want to become sheriff and have a active term with good number of arrest. I want to become Sheriff and have good relation with the public hosting Constant Public Relations etc.
B After months of experience also as deputy of LSPD i have gained sufficient Knowledge in Legal Orgs and now i want to lead SAHP as the Sheriff and i want to implement Unique departments which will Improve the Roleplay for Example : SRT (Special Response Team) i also thought to have other Departments like SOG ( Special Operation Group) these new departments will add a new touch to SAHP and i will hire active members for these department and i will issue good bonus for these Department.
C I will make sure to have a good IA ( Internal Affair) Department who will constantly check on the Troopers to make sure they are following the Rules and Legislation and they will make sure that they are not toxic and be friendly with everyone also i will make sure SAHP have good relation with Other State Organizations also with The Citizens and i give my best to protect Highways and Sandy Shores area.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A To Have good Hostage Negotiator to Improve Role Play
B i will make changes in Department which will improve the Role Play In the Server
C Coordinate with other State Orgs about joint Special Operations.
D To Improve The use of Proper Rp Commands like For Example
/try remove all Two Way Communication Devices and Lock Picks From the Suspect
/me Put/Take The Badge from the Locker
E To host Arresting events for Troopers to make SAHP More Active to the Calls
F To improve the use of Air Transport In patrolling in the High Way for lookout for any situations
G To Totally remove Toxicity and Favoritism in SAHP .
Various Departments In My Term
Special Response Team ( SRT) :
They Will Bust Cannabis and to take over the Negations they will also be a hostage Rescue Team
Special Operation Group (SOG):
They will collect Evidence against Notorious Gangs in the City and they are going to be the special units in all the arrest warrant issued by the DOJ they are going to catch Fugitive/Wanted Criminals.
Human Resource (HR):
They would hire and train new Troopers and will host open recruitment and mass trainings
Internal Affairs (IA):
They would look over the Troopers to make sure they are following the internal rules of SAHP and they would do License Check Bodycam Request etc
High Way Patrol (HWP):
They would patrol around the Highway by road and Air and would response to situations as fast as they can after SRT.
