Hello dear Senior Administration,
Today i got punished for gr6.12 for showing a middle finger to the EMS employee. i am sorry for my actions but where you can see my POV i was frustated because i was asking the EMS employee for 2 med kits where as he was doing other thing like giving me 5 med kits, checking my health and again asking me for what do i need, while i was spamming with my mic and chat that i am in need of 2 med kits but in the last he still gave me 5 med kits when i didn't needed them. Its a bug where he cannot see my chats or hear me as you can see in him forum complaint POV: Approved - 6.12 | ID 412230 . I think for this time the punishment should be lifted or reduced and i should be given a chance because i didn't did it on purpose.

The rule break happened because of a bug and a barrier in the communication, i thought he is ignoring me but he couldn't even hear or see what i was asking for. i hope i have not made any mistakes while making the complaint.
