2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1.) I have been in Life Invader from a long time in Journalism and creative i have worked under the 2 good leaders Zack Pluxury now known as Zack goodman and Kazuto Kirigaya. I have been in 2 cities en 2 and en 3 and i have a lot of experience as LI employee and i can be a good leader by improving the old leaders mistake that i think they did. I have served Life invaders For the 3-4 terms in En 2 and 2 terms in en 3. As I am not highcommand I know the problems faced by the employees of Departments.
2.) I have a good knowledge of the ranks and the operations which are done by LI. I have been in Life invaders Since i joined the city it is either en2 or en3.
3.) I have given a good time in LI and as a leader my vision is the comprehensive growth of all.
4.) I am very professional and polite to other citizens. And professinalism is a necessary quality to be done in the life invaders.
5.) I want to show people that new players can also become a leader of org.
6.) I have been a journalism intern to Journalism Senior and also i have started working as intern of Creative team. These ranks are archieved by me in en 2 and in en 3 i have been in journalism team and the Ads Team. There too I have served 2 terms under the great leader of LI Mr. Captain Voax. And Still I am there too under Naleq Blakely. Thats why i have experience of each and every department except Hr in Life invaders.
7.) I am good in English I am responsible and if i am having willing to do a thing I will do it any cost. I am passionate regarding my work and responsibility. You have listened this thing from many guys but i am a man of my words.
8.) I have seen that LI is not that professional and there is a kind of favouritisim but i am a kind of very professional.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org.which as follows -
1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all,these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things.
2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.
3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.
4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.
5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.
6.) I will hire more in ads department as we can see the delay of ads department and also give them training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get corrected.
7.) I would issue bonuses on time so employees can have a motive to work.
I will discuss further with the curators if i get the chance to handle leadership.
