I’m writing to seek assistance regarding a ban issued to my account approximately nine months ago. I’ve made several attempts to appeal but haven’t received clear evidence or answers about the reasons for this punishment. I hope you can help review my case and provide me with one more chance to prove myself as a positive member of the community.
Here’s the situation:
My account (ID 108228) was banned under rules 1.1 and 1.4 by James Pluxry. This was unexpected because the same issue had been resolved years ago during an amnesty, where Mazhor allowed me to retain a single account.
At the time, I was an HC member in FIB. I issued a strike to an agent named Blossom, which led her husband, Webby Sparking, to threaten me in-game. The next day, I was banned without further explanation.
During my appeals, the reason for the ban was shifted to claims of my alleged connection to a cheater. However, I’ve repeatedly asked for proof and received no response.
I’ve played for 2–3 years, leading multiple organizations in EN2 (GOV, FIB, NG) and contributing to the community. EN1 remains the most active server, and I’d love the opportunity to return and enjoy the game with my friends.
I understand the seriousness of the situation and am willing to accept consequences, such as a money wipe, if it means having the chance to return. I assure you that this issue will not happen again, and I am committed to following all rules moving forward.
