1- I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of SanAndreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2- Why I want to Be the leader of SAHP:-
a. Better Ranking And Promotions System: Now I will Like to mention here that for me this the one of the most important Reason of getting a leadership of Law Enforcement Org, So basically most of the leaders pass the High Command Ranks to such people who have negligible experience about how things work or what are the true procedures, and they do this as a easy way of keeping org active without trying to work hard, When Un-Experienced People Get Higher Ranks, it produces to Disadvantages firstly bieng High Command of that specific org, when they break any law it effects the whole org and secondly People stop doing hardwork in order to get a promotion, it also reduces the RP from that org, like if people will not respect highcommand ranks than why will they work hard for them? And this is what i will Change.
I will Form a Team of Best HRs that i have met till now.They and even i personally will be giving The higher Ranks to deserving people and When there will be a less number of highcommands in the org they will be given respect, those highcommands will also feel this and work hard to maintain their Respect, Not only highcommands but also other officers will start working hard to Achieve that level, it will improve the RP and Activity, and these 2 are going to be my Main Goals!
b. To Revive SAHP with My Experience: During my time in various law enforcement organizations such as LSPD,FIB and SAHP, I have Noticed That SAHP is not granted with a good Respect, i mean like other orgs citizens do not consider it to be a powerfull organization and i want to change it.Using my experience and knowlege i will revive SAHP, It will be done by showing our activity to citizens, The Highways will be much safer than before.Special Units formed personally by me will be patrolling all the time on HighWays and Rural Areas outside the City.We will be Giving Quick Response to all 911 Calls.There will be no more Disrespect of SAHP.All officers will be trained, Trained enough that they dont break any law!
c. High Standard Departments: I will not be making any new departments in SAHP, Because i think that changing the name of departments will not improve the overall performance of org, but i will Improve the old traditionall departments in such a way that we dont have need for any change.All the departments will be organized.I will be giving tasks to Curators of Departments, if they fail to do them they will simply be replaced.I have a lot of strategies in my mind to maintain a healthy term.My goal will be to Complete the Term Without recieving any warn.I will not hire people to get numbers, I will hire people to form a true Law Enforcement organization.All the departments will be sorted as soon as i get the term, and they all will start doing their works, I will Hire the Best DA for my ORG in order to maintain the legal support for all of the troopers.I will be interacting with my org members.I will be giving A good Amount of bonus to all Departments.SAHP will be having a very good relation with all State orgs specially Goverment to get Funds, We will be trying to do more than the Given Tasks, And for a good impression of SAHP the Internal Affairs will be working consistently and making Daily Inspections on our troopers!
3- My advices for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:-
1- I look forwad to Have Weekly meetings with my high command and department heads, it will improve communication and keep SAHP strong. These meetings will allow us to discuss the main problems and what can be done to improve the ORG.
2- For Improving RolePlay I will make sure that every officer understands the importance of using RP commands like /me, /try, and /do. This will help create a more Realistic RP scenario.
3- We Will use Various methods to increase the Overall RP, not only in our org but between everyone, we will be conducting Frequent RP events with citizens to help them remind that SAHP is active!
4- What can be a better way of RP than paying Realistic Bonuses to hardworking officers, i will be paying everyone not with Equality but with Justice! So that everone is getting that what he actually deserves!
5- I will Make sure to Create Teams of Special Units that will work together in any situation, i will try to give every unit a unique Radio name and task for them to complete.
6- SAHP will be activly Covering the Highways, with patrolling or with their Radars.
7- I will give freedom to my Troopers, that if they feel that highway is unsafe they can start making check posts, with the help of other orgs we will start carrying out consistent such operations to help improve RP
8- We Know that in scenarios like Hostage Situation or Robbery, There is a huge amount of RP, We will train our officers to improve RP in those situations, we will be making strategies to carry out such situations.
I have Also planned everything related to Departments and Ranks.
