I was banned today at 00:51 by Monika Tired due to cheating twice. But I have no cheating ban at all and have already had 3 PC checks, all of which were negative. I was still online today at 3:30 a.m. and picked up the resources from my animals and sent them back to sleep.
Today I wrote an unban request to Roberto Fire, who replied that my account was not banned. However, I still have the ban screen and can't play. I ask for your help.
