I would like to propose the creation of a GTA IV GrandRP server, offering a fresh, immersive experience in Liberty City. With a vibrant community of GTA IV players who miss their online experience, this server could revive interest in the game while introducing features similar to GTA V RP. Below are the key reasons why this idea would be a great addition.

1. Enhanced Visuals and Beautiful Environment:​

Liberty City is already an iconic map, but with improved textures, lighting, and weather effects, it could feel like a next-gen city. I envision better reflections, dynamic weather, and more detailed environments to enhance the immersion. Adding countryside areas outside the city would provide scenic spots for exploration and fresh RP opportunities, making the map feel more expansive and diverse.

2. Modern, Next-Gen HUD and UI:​

Adapting the sleek and user-friendly UI from GTA V to GTA IV would elevate the player experience. A clean, minimal HUD with modern menus would make it easier for players to navigate without overwhelming the screen. This would ensure a polished, modern gameplay experience, maintaining immersion while keeping the interface intuitive.

Additionally, New York-inspired organizations like NYPD (New York Police Department), NYHP (New York Highway Patrol), and NYMS (New York Medical Services) would bring authenticity and depth to the roleplay world, allowing players to engage in structured, immersive roles with real-life New York-based counterparts.

5. GTA IV’s Foundation for Deep Roleplay:​
