2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to lead the 'Los Santos Vagos' because I feel I have outstanding leadership abilities and want to showcase them to others. As the organization's head, I can attest for this because I can assure you that it will be run to the greatest standards and that it will be a stronghold for criminals who want to make a name for themselves and prove they are the best. I've worked in a variety of organisations, and I must say that the illegal side is a lot more enjoyable since it has its own set of rules. It's a great place to show off , and my job as the leader will open new chances for a lot of individuals.
2. I would like to be the leader of "Los Santos Vagos" because I've been a High Command here a few times and i loved it each time, and met many of my good friends i have now ic but miss being apart of the strong Vagos it used to be known as. my hopes and desires here as leader of Los Santos Vagos will be to make it on top, we will take part in every event possible, and our goals will not only be to win ever event but make sure we are all having fun / respectful to all people. i will personally do check ups on my members and make sure all are obeying All city rules and are fair to all the people in city..
3. Being A leader of" Los Santos Vagos" i know the ups and downs and how to control a gang into becoming successful and making people pull up to events and how to counter my gang from getting into much problems which would support me into having a successful term and choosing the correct people to joining my gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.
1. As a deputy, I have leaded a great amount of events in gangs. I will keep the Los Santos Vagos alive and participate all of the event as much as I could. I will not let anyone break the rules and take the joy of RP process. I will provide it by recruiting experienced people with proper interviews. The gang will be active and the members will be following the RP rules. Thus, I will be helping the roleplay in Los Santos.
2. I will be providing all my gang members with the correct information to stop them from rule breaking and general rules within the gang to create a sensible and mature group of gangsters to have fun in the city, but act without the destroy of RP of others!
Improving roleplay will be by me increasing roleplay!
3. I would try to increase the level of interview in the gang so that people who would join my gang would know what to do and what not to get close to and also the people that doesn't know the rules could be given a chance to understand the rules and coming back for fair chances because everyone deserves another chance.
