While I was on duty, ID 407130 approached me and asked me to patch them up. Initially, I couldn't patch them due to some sort of issue, which I referred to as 'black magic.' However, I eventually managed to patch them. After I helped them, they thanked me but then immediately insulted me by using offensive language (M*** F***).
