1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
The Background of myself

I joined EMS during February and quickly with my hardworking efforts and I have been promoted from Nurse in a week and get promoted as FTO and having served as EMS High Command from Dean of Training in the short 3 weeks by previous EMS Chief Avi Batra. I am really appreciated he saw my efforts on the EMS Org with managing employee's during night shift and have a good communication with the colleagues in EMS staff and run and lead for Global Event such as hostage situation. I have a good experience outside of the city as Project Manager with more than 40 staffs with me.
By applying for the leader position now, I would believe I can do well as whether in the city or out of city with balances between work and game.

There are 3 points can being help to improve EMS organisation
1. Shortage of employees to work in different location of hospital

- Recruitment
- > This could be improved by opening the recruitment weekly as the turnover in EMS is seriously high and having inactive employees. We can get more citizens to help each other during day time or night time whereas timezone is differently.
- Schedule
-> As to improve the point above, we can hire more people from different timezone to cover the EMS staff and hence scheduling with them will to improve both timezone staff performance so they would not overloaded and could have work life balances in the city too

2. High Commands quality and quantity control
- Loyal and willing to help on EMS staff or HC
- > This could be improve by getting loyal EMS staff to join HC in EMS to help out various of different role such as doing recruitment, giving bonuses, heads finding for good quality staff and get them promoted and such internal Spreadsheet maintenances and so on.

3. Restoring EMS spirit compare with other ORG
- As compare with other ORG, I really glad that EMS has the best quality maintances of the organisation in the city. The spirit of EMS staff on how hardworking they are for the city and joining global events. Hence, this require to have continuous maintain the city by encouraging more different activities for the staff and rewarding the employee who has spent more of the time in the city

2. Goals if I become the leader?
With the past experience I have as a High Commands, I am confident that I could make EMS to achieve the goals and achievements of the above with good strategy and with the good team I have. EMS ON TOP

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?
As such like EMS org, there should have a good training session with the newcomers. By improving the FTO of the EMS, we should get experienced person who has worked long in EMS and give newcomers a experience training. So that this could help to improve the Roleplay level in the organisation
Other than this, equivalent bonuses should be given to EMS staff who work hard in the city and the most important is to balance up the EMS organisations funds. From the past few terms, med kits storage or funding have been dramatically dropping with bad HC maintenances. Hence, we should have a good strategy to work up together to balances the lost over here for EMS.
