2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of families because gangs always caught my eye and families were my first gang that I joined. Since the day I joined this city it was a dream to become a leader but it was not the same as others, mine was to lead a gang. I am very obsessed with gangs and due to which I wanna lead it. Gangs are the most important part of the city, without gangs no interesting roleplay will be there, even LEOs can only work if gangs do some activity.
I consider myself to have enough experience to be a leader. Since loyalty and seriousness are not very important in many organizations, I would like to try to make this role-playing server better. I also believe that I am a good fit for a leadership role because I am always patient with the members and can always resolve issues with clear communication, free from disagreements or misunderstandings. Whenever I got chance, I always led my team flawlessly, including members to events, the ghetto, hostages, FZ, shop robberies, weapons stores, submarines, clands, and combat ships.
I also want to become leader because I have good leadership skills and I have seen gangs performing very bad nowadays, I will ensure that everyone in my gang knows all the server rules and if they want to become HC, I will personally take their interview. I will not do any sort of favouritism. I will give everyone a free and fair chance to get (depending upon their activity in events).
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
I will ensure that 1 HC is always available to lead any situation, this will increase RP level.
I will give good bonuses to boost the confidence of the gang members.
No oppression from higher ups to lower will be tolerated.
Everyone will be respected unlike what they did. Even if they are on the surge of getting fired, everyone should talk to him appropriately.
