First Of All Iam Abo Saif .. DCOP Of Los Santos Department .. Today We Got Verbal For This incident .. And Let Me Explain And Proof That No One From LSPD Make Any Violation Due To This Forum
As You Can See Clearly at The Forum POV No One Was Holding LSPD Vest Was Shooting .. Also We Have Apov From Our Leader Kira ICE The COP Of Los Santos Department For This Incident From Our View That There Were Not Any Member Shoot On The Heli .. Also You Can Check The Amount Of Bullets Of The POV Owner He Didnt Shoot One Bullet He Was Just Aiming Of The Heli
And Here Is Our Proofs Sir
The Heli Was Shooted By FIB-SAHP-NG Members Not From LSPD Side And Who Started To Shoot SAHP And NG Who Didnt Get Any Punishment For This Incident!
So Kindly Reconsider This Issue And We Are Sure That You Will Take The Proper Action

Hi higher ups he is deceiving you guys again by saying that lspd has not done any rule break / shooting at Heli but if you see the pov provided by him at 29 second of the video lspd and lspd leader himself was trying to shoot at them.
I am just here to say please don't deceive admins by saying that lspd has not done anything wrong, myself as a leader of fib accept this verbal warning as we know we have done wrong in the situation. At the end i just want to say that I don't know why he is saying that lspd has not done anything wrong. Rest I respect your decision have a good day .

( No off topic ) Kira was Holding a Circumcised Shotgun which dont work in Store Robberies and when he tried to shot it didnt work so he changed his weapon to revolver to shoot. I dont know why Abo Saif is trying to deceive Admins again, He has already been warned Multiple times i guess. Isnt that 18712 from LSPD ?

First of all idk why do u say that i deceiving admins !! Is that to make the higher reject ? Of corse u must admit that ur org break the rules by doing fail rp .. and aiming on heli without not shooting is not fail rp !!! That when he aim by revolver he didnt shoot also !!
So please dont try to do that and this complain belongs to lspd not fib btw .. so please dont interface your issues didnt belong to you

Indead i didnt notice this id during the pov untill you mention !! And i was believe that no one from LSPD Was shooted .. also the all orgs shoots like sahp and ng !! So where is the deceiving part? !! As u are deputy director and shoots at heli in certain fail rp !!
Or u made a violation so u want all punished due to wrong order from u to shoot as u were lead the negotiation!!
Thats the reason that we asked u to not take the lead of negotiation due to u always break the rules and we have lots of povs that confirmed that !

So higher up indead i didnt notice the there was just one of our lspd member was shooting throw our pov untill they mention this issue ..
But if u check the forum pov it didnt showing this person was shooting so thats why we make this appeal .

well i was not the one who was negotiating in this Situation it was SAHP Negotiator and was David and I have full POV Where your Leader Mr Kira Ice Called me and said that thing about shooting. We did mistake and we accepted that we Didnt came into Forums deceiving saying that we didnt shoot. For my Negotiating skills very respectfully sir i have Negotiated more situation then you have attended sir. Stop Bringing IC situation from yesterday to here.
