apologies for the sound from dc. as you can see in pov, i was unable to hear any demand, his voice was low too. but clearly in pov, there was no demand. he came started countdown from 5 which caught me offgaurd, there was no rp and straight up killed me and stole my solars

In the POV it is clear that he did count down, however there was no demand for which he was counting down. That way you cannot know what to do in that situation and a demand is required.
