Sometimes he follow laws and get advantage of it, sometimes he followed dark side and get money from it. He realized the immense power of controling both sides. His career started as a moral of compromise evolved into a perfect operation. In the morning Omer was a perfect federal agent. By the night he was a criminal, cutting deals with Los Santos's most dangerous criminals. To his high commands Omer was a star, delivering enough results to maintain their trust. Omer's contacts were dangerous and risky for his life. He gave false informations to investigators for cover his criminal contacts. He helped them for escape from prison.
