Life story:
Rishav was born in India in a rich family and was getting lots of care and love from his family members, everything was going well and good until one day his parents were flying with him to somewhere to surprise him on his birthday but unfortunately the flight that he was traveling in got highjacked and landed somewhere unknown. Somehow Rishav was able to run away from the terrorists but lost his parents and got no news of them thereafter. Now Rishav has adapted a living in los santos city where he rose to the greater heights by his dedication to survive in tough conditions.
Career Story:
After he got away from those robbers in the unknown city, He had no idea what to do, where to go. He used to earn his livelihood by doing various job like working as a farmer, taxi driver etc. But it was so hard for him because he never worked this hard while being with his family.
One day he heard That the Government was hiring, He had no Idea what government is and what does it do, but just to get rid of these jobs and earn more money he went for the interview where he met Masta Killa who took his interview and trained him.
Due to his hard work and various abilities, he keeps getting promoted and Became USSS Director.
But not everyone was happy with his success, He was framed by People and was thrown out of government and to take revenge he joined gang and turned on the other side but the soft side of him and his family background kept bothering him and never let him sleep peacefully,
Until one day his friend Nik Payne contacted him to join Government back and help him to improve government because ever since Rishav Left Government USSS kept getting down, Rishav always wanted to join back and work as Director again, but Nik decided to give him bigger responsibility by making him Minister Of HL&S, he took the responsibility of security of citizen of los santos and kept working for their wellbeing. After which he became Governor of the state of San Andreas, after his tenure he went into isolation state to focus on his health conditions, when he came back many things were changed in the city. He got an invitation from the sitting Governor who had also contested from the same party as Rishav did and he became his deputy Governor and help him Govern the state. Now Rishav is on a new journey working as an Undersheriff
But due to his time spent in gang he still has some connections in there which he uses time to time to get intel's and earn money.
Outcomes:
1. Rishav is able to use drugs and illegal weapons while on/off duty.
2. Rishav can smash and destroy bodycams of civilians / Officers (using the /try commands twice per situation).
3. Rishav can use a truth serum on individuals he distrusts to conduct torture and interrogation (using the /try command and 2 per situation).
4. Rishav don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures if he doesn't want and can refuse to show ID to anyone.
5. Rishav can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested (With proper RP).
6. Rishav can initiate jail breaks and take dark net contracts.
7. Rishav can get Bribes (Upto 100k).
8. Rishav is able to take on a 1v2 due to his extensive training in USSS
