I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’d really appreciate it if you could reconsider my recent ban from the server.
I’m Johny Don (39158), and I am family leader of Deluca Cartel in Grand RP Server En1. I was banned on December 8, 2024, due to an issue with an illegal Discord channel. I just wanted to make it clear that I wasn’t aware of the channel being created until after I was banned.
I want to clarify that I had no knowledge of the "office task" channel being created. This channel was set up on December 6, 2024, at 11:24 AM by Shafrin Federal (302251), a higher-ranking member of our Family. As he is ex family leader of "Federal Inc", he had been granted with rank8 in city and with roles in discord , including the ability to create channels. Unfortunately, this happened without my knowledge or consent, and I only became aware of it after the ban was issued. I was a victim in this situation without any involvement in it i got punishment.
I’ve been part of the server for over three years, and this is the first time I’ve never faced these type of issues. I really care about this community and regret that this happened. I want to assure you that I wasn’t involved in creating or managing the channel, and I never meant for anything to break the rules.
I’m asking if you’d be willing to give me another chance. I completely understand how serious this is, and I’ll make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.
I’ve attached some screenshots showing that Shafrin was the one responsible for creating the channel and changing its settings. This was a miscommunication on my part, and I apologize for any trouble it caused. As soon as I learned about the situation, I deleted that channel from my family discord. if you want to check our discord logs i can give you all access to my family server.
