Reviewed Wrong Decision + Biased Admin | Envy Walker

Hello Dear Pablo or Sam , a couple days ago i opened a forum about someone doing VDM and CR on me clearly and should be punished about it. And as i know , it doesn't matter of the people who did VDM or CR on me stopped or not. But Mr. Envy rejected it saying ' CR cannot be considered cause he just crashed once and stopped the car , also same with VDM can be a accidental.' even though it was clear VDM and CR made on me because i wasn't even close to the road and its ghetto. Once again they did it clearly to make me easy to kill and ran me over twice. Also in Mr. Envy's explanation about this he says that he 'stopped' but no he didn't stop he stopped , got out of his car and tried to kill me. He used this rulebreak as an advantage to him to make me easy to kill and not even one time but twice. The second time they hit me with the car it was to prevent me from killing his friend ' they are clearly friend because both shooting at me' I think its clearly a biased decision they might be this admin's friend or something else but i don't think this decision is fair at all. I trust you dear admins to make a fair decision and leave it all to you.
