2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1
When i started my crime career, firstly i joined Marabunta. After a lot of experience, i became as a high command.
I led a lot of events, and i successfully managed a lot of events. That's why Marabunta is more important for me.
But there, i couldnt prove myself. But now, i will
show Marabunta's power with my good leadership skills as a Leader.
2.2
Among my specifications, leadership is best one. After my Marabunta career, i joined other gangs as a high command.
I've joined all kind of gangs,
And finally, i improved myself. From now on, i can manage Marabunta as a leader with my experiences.
2.3
When a someone takes over Marabunta's control, mostly of them they cant complete the term successfully.
Thats why i will try somethings to complete the term successfully. Being disciplined, being sure to obey roleplay rules
and server rules etc..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
When someone join organization, mostly of them dont know the roleplay rules. So, when i invite people
i need to make sure that the person knows the rules. If gang members knows the rules, it will improve the
roleplay level in the organization. For example, if a couple of gang member going highway robbery, he/she needs to know rob rules etc.
Also out of the rules, we have to be nice to each other. Because its not just a gang, its a family as well.
And with hardworking, we can do everything. Realize goals, attending events in time, includes hardworking.
I believe myself to improve roleplay level in the organization.

2) Complete the term successfully without any warnings.
