They pushed my car outside of greenzone at the quarry to attempt to steal it. Also no initiation

My car was originally right behind me not even 1 ft and when the person in the blue car first showed up (427072) He hit my car out multiple times and then proceeded to ask for my passport, then the following medal clip shows what happened afterwards.

ID: 345276 will receive punishment for pushing car outside of gz then stealing it and 427072 for gr 6.15
but you will also receive jail for CR as you shouldn't attempt to run him over like that.​
