Harvey Dent was born in India, it was the country in which he spent his early years. Growing up on the streets of India, Harvey's childhood was anything but ordinary. His father, once a respected official, was soon involved in a scandal that tarnished their family name. Accusations of corruption haunted Harvey's father, even leading to threats from the public. This prompted Harvey's father to make a difficult decision that would alter the course of their lives forever. Sent away to Los Santos, a city miles away from home, Harvey felt abandonment through his heart. Despite his pleas to stay by his father's side, destiny had other plans, thrusting him into a new environment filled with uncertainty. Wracked with emotions ranging from anger to despair, Harvey found relieve in the Marabunta gang, where his reputation as a formidable presence quickly spread. However, the power and respect soon gave way to a deeper realization within Harvey. Tired of the criminal lifestyle, he wanted redemption and a chance to rewrite his story. Joining the USSS was a turning point, marking the beginning of a journey towards law enforcement and justice. Through perseverance and dedication, Harvey climbed the ranks to eventually steer the agency of the Secret Service, a position of great responsibility and honor. Yet, despite his esteemed title, financial struggles plagued Harvey's personal life. Constantly borrowing money from acquaintances, he found himself tethered to a cycle of debt and obligation. The weight of these burdens pushed him towards a pivotal decision β a fresh start with the San Andreas Highway Patrol. In the backdrop of his personal life, love blossomed only to wither away too soon. Marriage brought happiness before unraveling into heartbreak and divorce. Harvey found himself drowning in sorrow and despair. Seeking love in alcohol, he attempted to drown out the memories of heartbreak that haunted him. Among these hardships, the news of his father's illness struck like a thunderbolt. Leukemia, threatened to claim his father's life, exposing the fragile thread that held their family together. The first legal State organization Harvey joined was the Government. It was during his time working for the US Secret Service that he became intrigued by the swiftness and efficiency of their operations, which led him to join the agency. Despite the hard work, long hours, and strict discipline required by the Secret Service, Harvey found himself struggling financially. Despite these challenges, he remained dedicated and loyal to the organization, eventually rising through the ranks to become the Director. Under his leadership, the force he commanded was formidable, successfully apprehending criminals and rooting out corruption within the government. However, Harvey's financial struggles persisted, prompting him to seek advice from a friend who worked as a corrupt state employee in the LSPD. This friend encouraged Harvey to engage in corrupt practices, assuring him that it was a way to secure a more lucrative income without raising suspicion. Initially, Harvey began by diverting funds meant for unit bonuses, but his desire for more money led him to engage in further corrupt activities. This insatiable greed eventually led him to collaborate with the SAHP, involving himself in corrupt dealings related to processing the 10-15's he was trusted with. Despite his initial reservations, Harvey found himself in a world of corruption that he had never imagined, driven by a pursuit of wealth that blinded him to the consequences of his actions.
Outcomes:
1- Harvey can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
2- Harvey can make an offer for bribes up to 100k or illegal items by becoming hostage and leaving criminals/fam members. (With proper rp reasons)
3- Harvey can illegally go to ghetto to shoot and Rob someone while off duty. (Without entering gang hq and going against leos.)
4- Harvey can refuse to show his ID to other LEO's and Civilians to avoid himself getting caught while doing corruption.
6- Harvey can process 10-15's without reading Miranda right and lie about the availability of a lawyer in the city.
7- Harvey gets special training for driving to escape from any dangerous situation. ( obviously carefully and not non-rp)
