I’m reaching out regarding the ban on my account for not submitting my POV on time. I wanted to explain the situation .I experienced a flood in my area, which caused a power outage, and I couldn’t get online to submit it. I truly apologize for not communicating sooner and for any trouble this caused. I do really appreciate it if you could reconsider the ban. I’m more than willing to go through a PC check or any other process to make things right. Thanks so much for your time and understanding.
