Life Story:
Harvey Dent was born in India, a country with vibrant colors and a lot to be joyous about. During the early years of Harvey's life he was a young and happy child, roaming around in the streets of India and playing with his friends on a daily basis. One day all of his world fell apart, he was struck with the shocking news of the passing away of his mother due to an accident, this forced his father to drown himself in alcohol and in gambling. After a couple of Months his father gambled away their house and the last of money they said, leaving Harvey and his father homeless and on the Cold Streets of India. Witnessing this Harvey realized that his father was no one but a greedy man who did not think about his actions twice. This also made Harvey take a rushed decision of running away from his home and never looking back, it was a decision that required a lot of thought initially but Harvey being done with the world and being betrayed by the world, when he was also betrayed by his dear father, he could not take it anymore and decided to run away and came here to the city of Los Santos.
Career Story:
Harvey, upon his arrival in the city joined Marabunta Grande, not being impressed by the work and the sort of criminal activities they carried out in the deserted areas such as highways and ghetto made him rethink his decision about joining this criminal organization. After a long day of thinking, Harvey concluded that it was best for him to leave the criminal organization and start fresh by becoming a Civil Servant. From the Next day onwards, Harvey joined the USSS in the Government and after 10 years of working in the Secret Service, he was promoted to the Director of the US Secret Service, an honourable position of power not held by many. This motivated him to further work hard. During his tenure he started engaging in corrupt practices like releasing his 10-15's by taking bribe of money or illegal items, taking money supposed to be distributed amongst his units for bonus for his personal use, Once the higher ups found about this, they sent him away for corruption. After being released from Prison, Harvey Joined SAHP and now is looking back for a way to continue his old corrupt practices so that he can continue making easy money.
Outcomes:
1- Harvey can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
2- Harvey can make an offer for bribes up to 100k or illegal items by becoming hostage and leaving criminals/fam members. (With proper rp reasons)
3- Harvey can illegally go to ghetto to shoot and Rob someone while off duty. (Without entering gang hq and going against leos.)
4- Harvey can refuse to show his ID to other LEO's and Civilians to avoid himself getting caught while doing corruption.
6- Harvey can process 10-15's without reading Miranda right and lie about the availability of a lawyer in the city.
7- Harvey gets special training for driving to escape from any dangerous situation. ( obviously carefully and not non-rp)
8- Harvey Always carries truth serum with him which he can use to interrogate people he distrusts.
9- Harvey can lie about his identity, pretend to be someone else to save himself from getting caught while performing corruption.
10-Harvey can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
